"My room was quite nice. I went to the spa (part of the reason I choose this hotel) which was not an enjoyable experience at all. It was very stressful and not managed well. They advertise a special throughout the hotel and on your keycard, but didn’t let me actually book the service. The price was also a bad deal. Would give the spa 1 star and wish I could go back in time and not waste my money. "
