"James, who lets the property as a short term rental, tried to say that he couldn't get the property available two days before we were due to check in after making the booking many weeks ago. Only when I contacted vrbo support and explained my need for a refund did he reverse course. "This was the perfect place for our family to stay! The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was safe and clean and the location was amazing. It was a short/cheap cab ride to Nianxiny Ancient City (highly recommend!) and easy to get to the subway station to access Disney, the Bund and Zhujiajiao. I would highly recommend this place for a group stay around Shanghai!"
