"When we arrived the room looked quaint but ok. Upon looking around the room we found blood and poop on every blanket. Boogers on the wall. Poop smeared across the microwave, holes in the wall, and shaved hair all in the bathroom sink. This was on top of the potent smell of cat pee as soon as you opened the door. They said they’d issue us a full refund since I had to stay somewhere else but we only received a partial refund AND had to pay to stay somewhere else. Never again. "

"I ended up at this property after a last minute change and Travis was so accommodating and helpful! He got me in when I needed a place to stay and communicated so well throughout the entire process. The suite is beautiful, clean and everything works well.Travis was quick to answer any questions I had and checked in to make sure everything was going well throughout my stay. It’s close to places to eat and the subway, but has such a nice neighborhood feel. I wish I had more time here!"
