"When we arrived the room looked quaint but ok. Upon looking around the room we found blood and poop on every blanket. Boogers on the wall. Poop smeared across the microwave, holes in the wall, and shaved hair all in the bathroom sink. This was on top of the potent smell of cat pee as soon as you opened the door. They said they’d issue us a full refund since I had to stay somewhere else but we only received a partial refund AND had to pay to stay somewhere else. Never again. "

There was no working microwave, the water would only stay hot for maybe 2 minutes tops (so have fun showering), the only “fridge” that was functioning was tiny and could barely fit more than like 3 items, while a full sized refrigerator just stood there non functioning.
