"Parking was easy, various lots to pick from right next to the hotel; right next to the beach; staff was nice. Has a lot of charm"

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool area is convenient to all rooms, and a poolside bar / snack facility is adjacent to the pool. "

"I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, and the room was absolutely spotless. Having water available for free was certainly a plus. Will absolutely stay here again "

"We had a great time staying at this property. I was there with 4 of my kids while visiting various national park sites. The neighborhood was perfect! Centrally located and very safe. The kids played out front on the swings and i had no hesitation letting them play while I made dinner. They jumped in the pool, but it was a little cold since it was January lol. We would defiantly utilize the property again if in the area. "
