"The property is full of history and beautiful views. We spent our one day stay busy eating, skating on the beautiful outdoor rink and swimming in the outdoor heated pool. "

"We liked the proximity to shopping & restaurants. We liked our loft suite but it got very hot in the loft. We turned on the fan, the A/C and opened the window at night. It was -18C at night so I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. It was on the quieter side of Banff - we were surprised there was a $20 per night parking fee. Otherwise the hotel was quite nice."

"Room heater didn’t work, so they gave us a space heater and extra blankets. Would give this place 5/5 if they had of fixed it. But we were there for a good time, not a long time. Still had a great experience at The Moose and will be back "

"Overall very happy with the property and staff. Hotel is looking a bit dated but very clean and in good repair. Staff was exceptional, in particular, Alina at the front desk. Other staff were also excellent, dining room waiter, office staff always smiling and waving. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in our room. Please thank all the staff for us. they make the stay worthwhile."

"Loved the steam sauna, rooms were newly renovated. Perhaps they could add robes to the rooms. The coffee was excellent. Very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Perfect location with quick access to everything."
