"We went to Banff to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the hotel was nothing less than excellent. From the valet staff, bell staff, front desk staff, house keeping staff, everyone was so prompt and tentative, the best way to describe it was “top tier” but the best part was the VIP concierge team. They were all next level and on their game. From making reservations at the hotel restaurants and spa to scheduling baggage pickup and just being friendly, it made the trip that much better. our room was even upgraded to a suite prior to arrival and it was incredible. The spa was excellent and relaxing and the views were beautiful. Staff at the restaurants were tentative and made us feel special. Overall, the staff made our trip even more memorable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area."

"It was amazing. Free bus passes to downtown, real wood log fireplace! We slept 6 of us (Wife and I and 4 kids) it was overall amazing. A Deer was literally grazing outside our balcony. The view was amazing. The kids loved the water slides! Overall 10/10. We didn’t have any complaints, staff was polite and helpful. Thank you so much!"
