"Unfortunately my husband ended up in a wheelchair just before checking in. This property is not very wheelchair accessible. The staff was very good and found us a ground floor room for the 2nd - 4th night which was better. Parking was horrendous. There is not enough parking consequently you have to park far away from your unit most times. They should have assigned parking spots. Again, with a wheelchair this was difficult. "Our stay here was wonderful! Check-in was quick and easy, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and even included bathrobes. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again if we’re ever in the area! Thank you! "

"Hotel is on a great location. Lovely room with a great view of Banff and the mountains, Nespresso machine and a fridge which were unexpected, wonderful shower. Only downside were the trains passing nearby during the night blowing their horns but that wasn't the hotels fault."
