Location was great as it wasn’t too far off of the Main Street in Banff. Hotel was clean and rooms offered microwave, toaster, fridge, dishes, utensils. Shower was great with many jet heights but water didn’t drain so you’re quickly standing in water gathered at the bottom. We did not get notification that our room was ready until 15 min after check in. We got the key to our room and was not able to access it with the key we received so we went back to the desk and was given the incorrect room number. They gave a bottle of wine for inconvenience. Our room faced the street and it was loud. There is no dining options in this hotel, they offer a VERY limited selection on tea(only stock a couple of tea bags at a time but have a lot of stock not put out so ask), coffee and hot chocolate. Paid parking underground where the have a hose to wash your car and have many beds stored down there.

This is a great property that was recently built on a previously dilapidated hotel and has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Rooms are nicely decorated, staff is super friendly, and we especially enjoy the old style Banff feeling about the area.
