The one improvement I would mention is not to answer the phone when the guest is in front of you checking in. Face to face should come first then phones. Regardless that didn’t bother me at all. "

"Had a great stay. Great location for a family. The slides were fun and the outdoor hot tub was amazing. Loved the size of the room we had and the kitchen. We used the fireplace everyday and firewood was free. We will be making this our Banff home whenever we head that way! "
