"The updated rooms are nice, comfortable, cozy and comfortable, but lacking some kitchen ammenities (had to call the desk for a cooking tray so we could use the oven). There was some glass outside our room so had to be cautious with our dogs. The biggest downside of this resort was the old pool and hot tubs. The woman who assisted us i think she was the supervisor she was approachable and handed us over to the receptionist, Natali, who was also kind and welcoming. The building itself is a bit old, and the basement parking is quite small.
