"The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets and they were super good about it. Overall it was a good stay and super affordable. Everyone was friendly as well. "

"We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. Thank you to the staff for the great surprises!"
