"It’s a magical place, a proper castle in the National Park. Club lounge for Fairmont Gold has superb food both breakfast and evening canapés and the view is spectacular from the gold rooms. No mistaking it the rooms are small, like European small but there are very few suite options so you just accept it and being there is the joy not the actual room."

"The Otter is new and not fully open when we stayed, so I can’t comment on the gym or hot tub. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good. We did find that as a new hotel a lot of the staff was still very inexperienced and figuring things out. They had a positive attitude though and figured out any issues in the restaurant, etc. it usually just took a little longer than you might expect elsewhere."

"Hotel was great But my friend Kyle was snoring like a demented chainsaw from hell. A testament to the Grotto, someone in your group is gonna get the best sleep of their life. The others, likely not. "
