"We liked the proximity to shopping & restaurants. We liked our loft suite but it got very hot in the loft. We turned on the fan, the A/C and opened the window at night. It was -18C at night so I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. It was on the quieter side of Banff - we were surprised there was a $20 per night parking fee. Otherwise the hotel was quite nice."

"10/10. Lovely hotel! Stayed in a Superior King Suite (in February) at a very reasonable rate. Was on the top floor and had a view of the mountains. It was a lot closer to "Downtown" than I thought it would be. Much closer than a lot of other hotels. There was a keurig with comp coffee and tea, a microwave and a larger than average hotel fridge.
