"Booked at short notice as we needed somewhere to stay in Banbury whilst we helped our daughter move. Sian was very helpful as we were unsure when we would be able to check in and offered us extra arrangements if we arrived later in the day. A warm welcome, a lovely room and breakfast was superb. "Yes it was good very friendly receptionist n helpful. Bfast not much variety but ok for us vegetarian n need a bit more on gluten free. Overall the hotel is lovely n comfortable. Clean n friendly. "
