We booked online however by the time we arrived the type of room we booked was no longer available so they gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe. Location in old quarter - very central. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty - try the club French toast! Would recommend staying here."

"Loved our stay here! The solaria is the perfect spot for a trip to Hanoi, highly recommend staying here. Lily was particularly memorable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was fantastic. The service from other staff was amazing. They are very friendly. They all speak English well, making it easier to communicate as a tourist. Location is perfect, easy to walk to all the good spots in the old quarter. The rooftop bar is lovely and Johnny was very energetic. We did hear some street noise but that is unavoidable in Hanoi, and Friday nights there is live music on the rooftop bar. The hotel also packed us a breakfast/lunch for our trip to Sa Pa when we checked out very early in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here! "

"The breakfast is good in this hotel and this hotel is nearby to all the food places and is walkable distance to the Train Street and water puppets show. The rooftop bar is under construction atm so expected to have some building work noise. Overall this is a good hotel to stay in."
