"Very interesting historic property. Clean rooms, kept decently up to date. A/C worked, which was crucial to comfort even in April. Kitchenette was nice to have. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only, so mobility limited persons should check for lower level room availability. Some rooms are reportedly haunted, if you're into that sort of thing. Though the hotel staff and I are skeptical."
