This ocean-themed, light-filled 1-bedroom luxury villa with an additional sleeper sofa for little ones (ONLY) at Hamilton Cove in Avalon on beautiful Santa Catalina Island INCLUDES A GOLF CART (valued at $40+ per hour in town!). FREE WIFI, Netflix, BBQ with propane included. Looks out from the bedroom, living room and patio over the peaceful ocean. A private white-sand beach, pool, spa and workout room are all just about 100 steps away! Grill shrimp and veggies for dinner on the mood-lit patio, the lights of the mainland faint in the distance. Master Suite features luxurious pillow-top king sleep comfort with a wake-up call from the vivid sunrise! Bathroom features two entries, double sinks, tub and shower combo with detachable flex shower head. Expertly cleaned and sanitized, this beautiful villa is a perfect choice for a couple to share a spacious king bed, and will accommodate up to two additional small children or one teen (ONLY) on a sleeper sofa featuring a memory foam mattress.

Full kitchen, all linens provided; built-in fully-lighted ironing board. A cheery design theme featuring Catalina, ocean and mermaid art, plus all amenities mentioned (and mini-golf and tennis courts) make this the perfect getaway at a great value!

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is appropriate for up two adults and two small children, or up to two adults and a teen, only. For more than two adults, we suggest you search among VRBOs many other beautiful accommodations on Catalina Island!

VALUE GUARANTEE - Why is La Casa Sirena such a great value? Unlike some big companies, we are proud to charge only what our cleaning company charges us with nothing tacked on, and NO "golf cart insurance," no "administrative fee," no "processing fee," no "mandatory damage waver" or any other fees from us! (The service fee you'll see is charged by VRBO.) For our longer-term guests: We apply a 5% discount to a stay of 7 consecutive nights, and a 10% discount for a month's stay (28 consecutive nights).

PLEASE NOTE that like most units at Hamilton Cove, ours has stair-only access. While each of our 58 stairs has a beautiful ocean view, please consider the access requirements of all guests prior to booking. Additionally:

1) Only the number of guests identified during registration and names sent to the property manager will be allowed in the unit.

2) We love animals but our unit is allergy-friendly, so you will have to leave beloved pets at home. Certified Service Dogs are allowed, but because deep cleaning is required if ANY animal has been inside the property, a $250 will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

3) The HOA will fine us if you bring a drone, and we would have to pass that hefty charge on to you, so best to leave your drone safe at home!

4) No shoe or hair dyes or any chemicals that would damage our property are allowed please.

5) We are a non-smoking, allergy-friendly property.

Lovely condo with spectacular views
My husband and I spent 3 nights in this lovely, comfortable condo. Very clean, quiet, spectacular views of the water from the patio, comfortable bed. Hosts and manager were responsive to all our queries. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and especially the golf cart, though it has seen better days. A few minor nits: no soap in the bathroom and the tub drained slowly. But overall, I highly recommend staying in Hamilton Cove and this condo.

Memorable Stay
Our stay was a memorable one. The condo had a breathtaking view that greeted us every morning. While the property showed some signs of aging it was evident that it had been well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly. Despite any minor imperfections, the condo was comfortable and provided a cozy retreat after a day of island adventures. One of the highlights of the stay was the inclusion of a golf cart with the property. This made getting around the island convenient and added an extra layer of fun to the trip. Overall, our stay at this property was fantastic, the combination of the stunning views, the charm of the island, made for a memorable vacation.

It was a beautiful view with friendly service. It was very accommodating to have the use of the golf cart. Although it may need maintenance in between visits as it had a flat tire and seems a little squirrelly going down hill. Overall definitely worth the money!

Beautiful views and well-cared-for property. Having a golf cart included in the price was appreciated and helped us enjoy all of the island you can drive to. Quiet, sunny setting in Hamilton Cove was the best. The owners provided excellent information and were available via text when we were getting ready to arrive. Wonderful place to stay!

A Beautiful Catalina getaway!
We had a fantastic time at La Casa Sirena! The property was so beautiful, with an AMAZING view. We just loved hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach below. Nice private community with a gated entrance. Quiet but still kid friendly. The Hide-a-bed sofa was broken but they had an air mattress that worked just fine for the kids. Great view from the semi-private balcony. Golf cart worked great. No cell service but Wi-Fi was great to make calls or send text.

The Best of the Best!
The accommodation's were exceptional with breath taking views, very romantic place if your enjoying a beautiful sunset from the balcony or listening the the ocean waves with the french doors open from the master bedroom or the family room. Fun to drive around the Island in the golf cart. The pool is heated, great tennis courts and lovely lush landscape. Close to everything! I would highly recommend this place for your next getaway. We so enjoyed our stay in Hamilton Cove (2-40) all the amenities were taken care of and we had everything we needed for our stay! Sitting on the balcony was a genuine pleasure. The spa & pool were perfectly heated and a real treat. The bonus of this property was having access to the golf cart, it made exploring Avalon a blast! We highly recommend choosing this property.
