"It was very cleaned. I didn't like that the bed made a lot of noise every time I turn or when I had to get up."

"This place is a good option if you’re looking for inexpensive accommodations and are not planning to spend much time in your room. It’s in a great location within walking distance to just about everything and the staff was very accommodating, but the rooms are very small with minimal lighting and no seating options. There are also a lot of stairs and no elevators, which was not an issue for us. "

"This really should be 4 stars . Great room in a quaint seaside “villiage” Avalon, Catalina island. An hour from the mainland, Los Angeles! Older hotel; very clean; large room with King size bed. Ours had balcony with partial ocean view. Service and management were awesome . Highly recommended"

"The pictures of the the hotel are a lot different than what the hotel offers. It looks that the place is being work on. but A lot of the balconies and stairs need some work. It was not what I was expecting."
