"LIKE: Beautiful setting, large mini suites. Very good meals and dinner menu selection. Cooked to order eggs are very well done. Pleasant and helpful staff. Need improvement: Breakfast hot choices from buffet service tend to be overcooked (scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages). Breakfast croissants and pastries are not always fresh. Room cleaning is very satisfactory, however, tiled floor cleaning and touch points on doors and cabinets need regular cleaning. Decor needs updating. "

"We celebrated an engagement at the Kāmana Lakehouse and honestly it se the tone for our whole trip. It was so lovely to come home to such a cozy and chic hotel. The fires roaring in the lobby, the views from the restaurant, it all made for a very warm experience. The staff were very friendly! We didn’t get to experience the soaking tubs because they were in high demand, so we suggest booking your soaks ahead of time!"
