"Limited on-site paid parking but the near by area allows overnight parking from 6pm to 8am. Then 240 min free parking during 8am to 6pm. No re-parking during the day after using your 240min free parking. Since we are out during the day, it worked for us. Most guests try to keep the kitchen clean but the kitchen can use a few improvements. Like…. "It was a magical place in a magical, breathtaking setting. We had one of the 3-course dinners which was delicious and beautifully presented. The communal kitchen was very nice and inviting for when you wanted to cook for yourself. We were lucky to get to spend our two nights in the heritage cottage facing the lake. The bed was extremely comfortable and the washroom spotlessly clean and very stylish. The staff we chatted with were all very warm and friendly. "

"No refunds is practically theft. We paid and received nothing. Phone call was ridiculous also, no conversation, no reasons, do they even speak English here? Infuriating experience. "
