"This resort exceeded expectations! Perfect for my 5 year old with a long list of fun activities. I was surprised by the gift in our room and treasure hunt. Such a nice touch! Everyone from the fudge maker, guest services, kid activities hosts- were great! The water park was amazing. The breakfast was unique on “all you can eat” and affordable. Location was close to everything but sat back far enough to not hear traffic. I have little criticisms for the resort. One would be the flooring in several areas including the bathrooms near the pool. It’s like they need rubber matting on the floor. My child slipped. Luckily she wasn’t hurt, but I can imagine with seniors or those with disabilities, this could be a major liability. My husband and I both slipped in the hallway near the candy/bakery store as well on separate occasions- just slick flooring. Right now there is construction on the indoor pool and a hotel across the street, so it didn’t look pretty but I felt our rates compensated for that. Overall, we did not expect how great this resort was. We merely picked it for the bunk beds (which my kiddo loves) but they made us spend the entire day there and we rearranged our schedule to dedicate time to the emenities."
