"We arrived at hotel and automatically could see the valet was pretty busy so we decided to park ourselves. We spoke with one of the valet workers and they helped us with the cart for our luggage and even help take to our room on the 7th floor. The room and bathroom was so neat and clean. Downstairs had everything you needed from bar, to the restaurant even the convenience of the store for snacks. Much needed 2 day getaway. Thanks Marriot Downtown Chattanooga. Oh and the night time musicians that...

" All excellent except sole restaurant Anthem in hotel....20 people waiting to just get seated and mgr comes over and walks away and helps wajt on tables and get food together. She said two people called out sick and cant seat people unless they can only be waited on right away....their table. Told this to my husband only when seated finally...we !eft and came back. Food not good. Rest of hotel terrific in all ways. "
