We always stay here when we fly out of BWI. Very comfy beds and clean rooms, great breakfast, I love my waffles. Very nice staff and shuttle driver. Only problem was, the elevator was out, made it rough getting to second floor with three bags a little rough. But I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel elevator not working a we were put on the top floor so we had to lug our luggage up 5 floors to get to room and we are not young,the hotel should have called us to warn us of the problem so we could have stayed somewhere else there are many choices of places to stay by bwi airport and likely will chose another next time

We were here for four nights and took the train daily. It was so convenient having the shuttle to and from the airport and train station. The staff was exceptionally friendly! We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Baltimore/DC!

We arrived and went to go into our room, some other guest was in the room (extremely unsafe to give someone a card that opens another guest room!). Bathtub was filled with water, fire alarms went off in the morning, sprinkler system held up by paper towels in our room. The elevator was down for service for a few weeks and was not mentioned before us checking in. When we explained the entire situation to the front desk, they said they would talk to their manager about a discount and never stuck by their word. Would not recommend this place for your next stay.

This is a basic property that fits the bill for an economical place to stay before/after a flight. The heat/ac is from a wall unit. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken and there were no rooms on the first floor.

my experience was disappointing due to the condition of the room. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant and lingered throughout my stay. My two kids was with me. I requested to change the room but they didn't agree to change the room. I would hesitate to stay here again unless I am assured of improved room conditions.

Whole room was dated and dinged. Single SLOW elevator used by both guests and non English speaking staff. Towels were very rough. Weekend rates too high. We weren’t aware until checkout. Poor bathroom design. Very little vanity space for toiletries, and the toilet and shower room was small.

The owner is working hard to keep the price reasonable without lowering the standard. The staff is very friendly. With that price, free shuttle, free breakfast and a newly renovated bathroom, I have nothing to complain.
