However, the hotel offers an excellent golf cart service that operates 24/7, transporting guests to the Ajyad and Azizia cross streets, from where it’s a 5-minute walk to the Haram. "Location is great, staff is great, facility is good. Only areas they can improve on is the adding some noise reduction on the doors. The doors to the rooms has about 1/2" gap on the bottom and 1/8" around the other 3 sides. Which makes the rooms very noisy, as you can hear every time elevator door opens or someone is talking on the hallway, which could be middle of the night. They can put some insulation around the doors to make it more quieter for the guests."
