"Very close to haram"

"Had the best stay, the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the great mosque. The beds an comfortable and housekeeping staff did an amazing job with cleaning & providing what we need. There are lots of shops inside the hotel and tea/drinks shop just outside. The doormen and bell men were super friendly and polite, did an amazing job by Imam, Salauddin Nazrul, Al Masud Chowdhury, Khorsahed ALAM. I would like to thank them for their service as they made us feel homely. The only downside is it’s very noisy in the morning as the windows aren’t soundproof. We will most definitely stay here when we return to Makkah. "

"I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel to its full extent. I had received a warm welcome from Mr. Raeed, a front desk associate who gave an excellent service and checked me in . He offered me tea and juice . Mr. Raeed is very cordial , focused on guest satisfaction and very polite and well spoken person. He is definitely an asset to this hotel. House keeping was on time and great service I received from housekeeping associate Mr. Show Kay and supervisor Mr. Faisal. They both were very courteous and focused on guest satisfaction. Breakfast was delicious tasty and lots of items to choose from. All waiters are very cordial and their services exceeded my expectations. Crew Tarek was very helpful and very courteous towards guests. Overall I strongly believe this hotel is under great guest focused leadership and operational management. I wish them well and a great success for times to come . I will continue to stay in this hotel in my next visit and I recommend this hotel. "

"This was a gem of a hotel! It was our first time booking in Makkah and it was a fantastic location. It was right next to the clock tower to access and the internal lift made such a difference. The stay was so comfortable with shops in such close proximity. Would stay here again "
