"It was close to the highway, Khanna Ka'bah, bus stops, pharmacy, stores and fast food restaurants. The hotel also had a very nice dine in restaurant, parking and mosque. The room was very clean with many amenities, good customer service and wifi. The downside is that the room was very small."

"This was a great place not far from Masjid al Haram. But there was construction going on at the time so had to reach it by walking a short distance. Either way the walk to the Haram was only 30 minutes and once the road is finished should be 15-20 min. Otherwise amazing place for the price and great service and nice rooms."

"The online pictures do not reflect the actual conditions of the Hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning. I asked to change the first room they gave me, because it needed more cleaning in the bathroom. Ms. Alkndary kindly changed the room to an OK one. The new one did not have a chair, the freg. Was out of its place. I chose the hotel based on its online pictures."

"Very close to Haram especially with family rooms are very clean. Breakfast was plentiful made our Umra trip very pleasant. Got upgraded to haram view."

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel

"If you are coming for Umrah or Hajj, this is the best place to stay! Building is almost connected to Al Haram gates 89-90. The only small issue is the elevators. They are a bit confusing. But I learned within a day and was fine navigating this labyrinth of a building. It is huge and it is marvellous! Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. You just feel the upscale atmosphere and luxury everywhere. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Haram view is a room where you see Al Haram from a distance as a whole and Kaaba view is lower floors with the view focused on the Holy Kaaba. "

"Stayed for only one night after climbing Jabl e Nur and then went to haram in the morning. Nice location if you want to do the mountain and haram. Timely shuttle service. However, I went with a local person so I didn’t pay too much attention to the way the shuttle service works. It is a bit time consuming on return from haram. You have to take two shuttles. One from hotel to bus station then another from bus station to haram. And same for the way back. Breakfast was great. Nice, clean rooms. "
