"C'est l'un de meilleur hôtel que j'ai aimée, tres classe, tout près de Masjid Al Haram. Mais j'ai ete tres déçue par le réceptionniste qui m'avait fait le surclassement sur un mensonge. J'ai demandé une chambre avec une vue sur la Kaaba, c'est qui m'a coûté 1800$ de plus et en fin je n'ai eu que la vue sur le Masjid. Par la suite quand j'ai réclamer la chambre que j'ai réservée en 1er puisque je ne suis pas satisfaite de ce qu'ils m'ont donnés, ils m'ont fait savoir de revenir demain pour...

"All together excellent and well maintained. Very walkable to Kaaba--the main reason why we stayed. However, there was a heavy chain smoker on our floor, evident by the constant cigarette smell in the lobby and hallways. I complained to the front desk twice, but the smell persisted :( We were not informed on the RSVP that this was a smoking floor--if there is such a thing at this hotel."
