I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your property with my elderly parents, and while the location was ideal for our needs, I wanted to provide some feedback based on our experience.
Due to a delay in our flight caused by Saudi Airlines' rescheduling for technical reasons, we arrived two days later than planned. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate this with the hotel were met with little success, as we encountered difficulties in reaching anyone by phone or receiving timely responses to our emails.
Additionally, upon our delayed arrival, we were informed that the fees for late check-in could not be waived, despite the circumstances being beyond our control. This was disappointing, as we had hoped for some understanding given the unprecedented situation.
On our check-in day, we unfortunately missed breakfast. Despite the circumstances, we were not offered a refund or a replacement meal, which was disheartening.
We appreciated the gesture from the manager who upgraded our rooms. However, we only stayed for one night before heading to Madinah, so we were unable to fully enjoy this upgrade.
Overall, while there were aspects of the stay that were positive, the challenges we faced during our arrival and the subsequent lack of flexibility and communication marred our experience. I hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests.
