"We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours. "Great hotel great place to stay clean nice pools nice beach and had nice reception staff I have a perfect 5 on all categories except service , only downfall is every time I go to get a drink I line up in a six person line and Russian ladies walk straight up to the bar pass every one in the line and just order and get served no one says a thing . Happened to much but it seems it happens in all the hotels as I stayed in"
