Only stayed one night, but only complaint is you only get 2 bottles and then you gotta pay? Its supposedly all inclusive..."

"We had an exceptional vacation and stay. Especially the friendly staff and the hospitality make us want to come back. Examples are Hamada Shawki and Mohamnad (life guards and beach 4 front). Nader and Emad of Housekeeping. Mohammad and Hany from the main restaurant. Dr Eslam, the clinic Doctor. And especially security staff manager who asked the driver to take us to the hospital and stay with us and bring us back (many thanks). And all the staff were very accomodating. "This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool...
