"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff.
