"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. Only down side for us was the room, its abit tired, in desperate need of a revamp (especially the standard rooms). We been twice, first time we had nice Jaccuzz on the balcony room, that was very nice, this time we took the kids so had 2 standard rooms and it was...
