"Staff here were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned each morning. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive but also had the choice of dining at the three a la carte restaurants. Choice of pools which was great as you could relax without it being too busy. "

"Nicely kept hotel. Lovely grounds and beach front location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good hotel facilities and nightly entertainment was good. The staff actually made available the conference room for us to watch football on their big screen. Nothing seemed too much to ask for. Food was amazing. All inclusive was the best option. The hotel is fairly dated and could use with some modernization for example there was a shortage of mains power sockets and what were available were of mixed type. Also there is a tendency to be approached frequently while on the hotel grounds (by the pool or beach etc) by reps trying to sell their services such as spa treatment or trips which does become a bit annoying as the selling tactics in Egypt are a bit on the "enthusiastic" side. We did succumb to one of the reps who sold us a scuba diving trip and we were very glad we did do it as the experience was fantastic. All in all we would definitely book to stay in this hotel again."

" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. "I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Rotana. The staff were very friendly, the food was great with new buffet options daily, and the resort was clean and well-maintained. The beach was stunning, with amazing coral and fish — a top-notch snorkeling spot! The only downside was the limited entertainment options, which could use more variety and better quality. Overall, a fantastic experience"
