"Great hotel with all the amenities you need and lovely big rooms. Breakfast buffet was great. Close enough to the train station but not much around the hotel in terms of food/shopping so not super convenient. My only complaint would be that the hotel is situated directly next to a busy motorway and the hotel is not properly soundproofed. We could hear cars passing by all night and were woken up many times by sirens. Otherwise a great stay but not ideal for light sleepers."

"The garden space was wonderful. Staff was universally helpful and pleasant. Room was very well thought out and appointed. Breakfast was varied and quite good. We had service issues with one restaurant onsite, and at a restaurant at the adjacent sister hotel (The Prince) as well. In general, this was one of the nicer hotel stays I have had."

GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace"

"We booked Ascott for our first trip to Tokyo. We stayed in a 1 BR executive and it was extraordinary. Very spacious with a kitchenette, living and dining area, large BR and large bathroom and two Todo washlet rooms. There was ample closet and drawer space, so we could fully unpack and not live out of our suitcases. The bed was super comfortable, nice linens and pillows. We also appreciated all the amenities in the room - including full size bath products, coffee and water replenished each...
