"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"clean and big room, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, helped us secure a cab in early morning. room is quite spacious, sufficient space to open up 2 luggages, no need to tiptoe around each other. quite well equipped with amenities should you decide to stay longer than a few days. washroom was clean and well functioning. reasonably near shinjuku-gyoenmae station about 10min walk. immediate surroundings is quiet. "

"Our stay was great. The room and linens were clean, with 2 double beds, they were firm, I believe most are in Japan. Pillows were good size, I have neck problems so I usually travel with my own. They were not to large, or heavy. In the states I think most are annoyingly large, definitely creating a kink in the neck. So I appreciated this maybe more than some would.
