"The place is gorgeous, the staff are polite, the rooms are well kept. My only gripes are with the breakfast, and the pillows. With the exchange, I basically paid 60 for undercooked eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Maybe I’m just foreign and that’s how they do eggs here, but it wasn’t edible. And the pillows are feather and I am a side-sleeper, which makes it very difficult to get comfortable. "This is the most amazing place my sister and I have stayed at and we travel quite a bit. We missed the check in time but they sent an email with instructions on how to get into the property. The rooms are so comfortable and tranquil, the shower and bathroom were magnificent and so clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. We will definetely book to stay here again when we are back in Bath. Amazing place 10/10 "

"I will summarise this hotel as a simple but meaningful ‘WOW’. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean, quiet, inviting with beautiful greenery and parking was an ease. Service at the front desk from checking in to checking out was second to none with advice on local walks, restaurants, spas and more. We had the master suite and it did not disappoint. "This was an overnight stay while working locally and this place was chosen for its location and the fact that it’s a pub as well. The room was nice but could do with some TLC but I was very comfortable. The bar area was a little cold but I soon warmed up with the lovely food that was on offer and the staff were really friendly and helpful which is why I would recommend this place to others thinking of staying here."
