"Good"

"We are a family of 4--2 teenaged sons and 2 adults-- we had a king/queen room. The boys shared the king and my husband and I shared the queen. We loved our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were super helpful, the rooms were clean, and the room staff were accommodating and kind. The restaurant had tasty items on the dinner menu (we didn't try the breakfast). Here is why you should stay at the Apex: it is very well located--close to the main tourist center (Roman Baths, the Thermae Bath Spa, Abbey etc) and many restaurants, it actually is walkable from the train station or just a 6 minute Uber ride, and the spa/pool area is fun and relaxing and includes sauna, steam room, water features, and nice shower area. We were there on New Years and even though the hotel was full of people it wasn't noisy. There is so much to do in Bath and neighboring Bristol. I especially recommend the 2 hour Mayor's free walking tour. We learned so much about the city. I'd happily go back again."

"Everything was perfect, very clean and spacious. Except for the fact that there was no slippers, I had to walk barefoot to go all the way to the pool. But everything else was available. my partner and I had an amazing stay and wish it was longer."

"When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed. This caused us to change our plans so that my children could go swimming, one reason for choosing this hotel."
