"Booked the Royal Gold experience as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It was worth every penny. The ambiance, the facilities, the special lounge exclusively for Royal Gold clients. It was all lovely. Breakfast Was included, as well as afternoon tea, evening canapés and evening desert. There were also other bar and dining options but we never felt it necessary to partake of them. Plus, all of downtown Toronto’s attractions are literally right outside the door. "

"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...

"Overall, the property was extremely nice. It was situated in an excellent area, very close to the CN Tower another attractions in downtown Toronto. The second bedroom had a hole in the wall, which was not aesthetically appealing. They were also numerous stains on the comforter blanket found in the second room, which made my guest feel very comfortable."
