Overall this was a great location. Easy walking distance to key attractions and public transport hub at Union Station. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, including a 24 hr convenience store 5 minutes walk away. Rooms were good value and spacious (studio corner suite). The free breakfast is a real bonus - it was fresh, has a wide range of hot and cold food and a handy take away option. Staff were all helpful and polite. Room was clean and quiet. The sofa bed was old and very uncomfortable. The mattress was damaged and thin. Luckily my sister and I could share the super king size bed as it would have been impossible to sleep on sofa bed. One other negative that hopefully was a one off occurrence. There was a fire alarm at 05.30 Monday morning! Not a drill but communication from hotel staff to guests was non existent until more than an hour after alarm started. Guests were remarkably calm and good humoured but hotel could have handled comms much better from the outset.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room were spacious and clean, the pull out couch was very minimal and would have been uncomfortable to sleep on, the mattress was very thin. Close to all the theaters, Rogers Centre, Aquarium and CN tower. Great place to stay.

When I first booked a five night stay at this hotel I was quite concerned about noise in the area as it is in the Entertainment District. False alarm as the area within a block or two of this hotel is almost silent. No issues at all and the view from the room was wonderful. Large, spacious rooms with two-burner stoves and full sized fridges are very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was very good with many options. The hotel is a short walk from Union Station and CN Tower. Not much to complain about. Elevators are a bit slow which is not unexpected for a hotel of almost thirty floors and it would be nice if the lounge downstairs served food, but only serves drinks. Neither are huge deals as there are plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto but you will have to be careful to try and find an affordable deal.

Stayed at this hotel during a convention it was a super busy weekend. Breakfast was super busy but staff was accommodating with the crowd. I truly appreciated how they accommodated halal food for the Muslim guest. This is when hotel put customer needs to priority. Thank you.
