"This property is in a great location and Our room was very spacious. The staff were very polite and considerate, always responding with a smile, and were very attentive. Without question we would have given all areas 5-stars, except that the a/c thermostat was faulty and required maintenance on 3 separate occasions. Still, this hotel is certainly in the top 2 or 3 we’ve ever stayed in!"

"Staff was so kind. Room was big by NYC standards. The only complaints we had were with the slow elevators. Sometimes 10 people would be waiting for an elevator and the staff would be holding the only open elevator just for the rooftop bar… why treat random bar guests as more important than your actual guests? We also used the car service to leave and it was excellent. "

The location was perfect; away from the hustle and bustle of Midtown but with fantastic subway links to get you around Manhattan, as well as to and from JFK.
