"We booked a junior suite for our one night stay and arrived to an upgrade to a Royal Opera Suite. This should be a six star hotel. The attention to detail in the design, service and Michelin star restaurant was incredible. Just can’t say enough about our truly memorable experience. "

"The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of old Town, so it was nice to be away from the constant beeping of traffic. But it is only around £3 to take a Grab taxi to get to Old Town. We were able to check in a couple of hours early and they said we can have complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, which was a nice as it was not mentioned in the hotel description. "I liked my stay overall. The staff was always nice and helpful. The bath tub is tiny for me (6 ft tall). Also the shower controls don't work well. Water barely comes out the shower. The faucet part doesn't aim into the tub. Also the drain didn't work properly. I felt the bathroom could be cleaner as well. I didnt use the restaurant, spa or roof bar. "
