"Lovely historic building in a private gated courtyard off high street shopping area. Despite the busy streets outside, our room was very quiet. Staff were always helpful. Because of it being a 1700s building, there is no lift so be prepared for a narrow winding staircase to access most rooms."

Room was tidied and restocked before our second night, extra milk delivered for the morning to our doorstep. Absolutely wonderful place. We ate here for one evening meal, food was delicious and served in good time. Had a great time. "
