Great that the staff will pick up your luggage from the station on arrival and it was in our room when we arrived. Afternoon tea was wonderful and we loved the pantry and record player in our room. "We stayed for 3 nights for a Christmas shopping trip, the hotel is in a perfect location very close to York Minster and with lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We were met with a very warm welcome, our room was small but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this lovely boutique Guest House"
