"Outstanding little hotel, we booked it on a whim and we were not disappointed. Attention to detail was amazing. Perfectly positioned to allow a beautiful walk to the shambles etc. only grumble would be you could hear the usic inside the restaurant from our room which wasnt an issue for me as i can sleep through anything but, it did keep my hisband up. "The property offered good value for money, was 5 minutes walk from the Minster and city centre. Parking was free outside the place and the staff were attentive and polite. "The staff were amazing and certainly added to the stay. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend the hotel consider a thicker mattress topper as that certainly would have helped as you can feel the gap between the beds and the mattress is a very hard one, not used to that and the pillows were very lumpy and not too comfortable either.
