"A lovely very clean hotel, staff very friendly. Extra tea and coffee etc was left outside our door for the next day if you didn’t want to be disturbed. Would have liked some hooks on wall for hanging coats as you go into small hallway leading to bedroom. Would definitely stay again "

"This is the second time of staying here, for the Christmas Market. We had a deluxe double room, which is in the quiet annexe behind the main building, and on the ground floor. It's close to the city centre, within a couple of minutes you're at the Minster. Lots of places to eat and drink very close by. Staff/owner friendly and helpful. Bottles of water in the room, and a lovely small bottle of Prosecco, as well as the usual tea and coffee and biscuits. Look forward to staying again next year."
