"Good property, spacious room and comfortable beds. We were in a King Suite which was comfortable but oddly laid out. Main light controls were in 402 but we were told 401 and our key only works for that door, so we had to stumble through to find them. Room overly hot. Keys stopped working when we came in at 130am, had to call night manager twice to get in our room. Breakfast - basic fare, bacon and pancakes were overcooked and hard. Worth the room rate but improvements could be made."

"Had a lovely stay here, very centrally located in the shopping area. Comfortable good size room plus breakfast was really nice. Only downside is that there is only one lift for both staff and guests so you can end up waiting a while for it!"
