"Amazing value for money, great staff and good amenities. Only gripe I had was we didn’t receive any room service throughout our stay which was a shame but access to the leisure centre was good! AC didn’t work either so can get quite stuffy at night The hotel is a 10/15 drive from the centre but honestly didn’t phase us as we got one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. "

"Location was good, room was clean and functional. However room was not serviced when specifically requested. Bathroom had no shower gel. This was replaced when reception informed. However staff stepped over dirty wet towels to do so but didnt replace towels or service room. Arrived early and asked to store bags, were given option to check in early as room ready. When said that would be great, wanted to charge £50 even though room was ready."
