"Best experience of any hotel or resort we have ever experienced. First class service worth a smile. The hotel staff, from the Bell Hops, to the Front Desk, to the Room Attendants, to the Spa Staff, to the Kitchen Staff, all approached their duties with such enthusiasm and sincerity. They were professional yet warm. My husband and I both celebrated our birthdays during our stay. They arranged special birthday celebrations for each of us. They made us feel like family. Our king-sized suite with a street view balcony was just like their photos. The bed was so welcoming and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and never seemed to run out of hot water. It was nice to have bottled water included each day. The decor was beautiful and elegant. We did not want for anything. The location was excellent: in the Old Quarter, but not on a busy street. All attractions were walkable. If you ever find yourself wanting to visit an Asian country, We would highly recommend you look to come to Vietnam. Make Hanoi your first stop. We did it for 10 days and loved it. We also recommend you stay at JM MARVEL HOTEL AND SPAR RESORT in the Old Quartet. You will love it. "
