"Very friendly and helpful severs in most places. Pools were great. Dislikes: Besides the MoBay, the food was not the best and service was very slow. Floors in rooms and various buildings were not mopped on a regular bases and suggest that all trimming saws , lawn mowers, garbage trucks be electric. Also, the painters are super messy and leave paint on curtains, side walks and basically every where they paint. Need to be better trained or hire better painters. Their results are taking away from...

"Beautiful beach with friendly staff always asking if we needed anything to make our stay as enjoyable as it could be. Very clean in every area, from beach, restaurants, washrooms and rooms. Definitely recommend this location."

"False advertisement of number of restaurants included for family side (extra fee pp for restaurants on adults side), room service fee even when kitchen was closed at sports bar (no other food option at this time late night). Staff were either extremely friendly or just passing time no in between. "

"Very good for a first time visitor to Jamaica. Liked the trip from the airport and back to see the countryside. Once you relax like a Jamaican, you treat the staff with respect and try to make out the Patois between hosts. Great gym but could use a few more items like ski ergs and steel kettlebells. Great food and lots of it. Coffee bar was well appreciated just after an early walk on the beach. "
