"I spent my birthday week at Princess Senses the Mangrove on the Platinum side. It started out rough with the airline delaying our flight, interfering with our arrival date, then losing our luggages. Although, that had absolutely nothing to do with the resort. It had just the right amount of party and quiet time during appropriate times with just the right amount of people where it wasn't too crowded nor too boring. The staff was great and our butlers, Neisano and Dennis, were extremely awesome and treated us like family from the moment we stepped foot on the resort and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. They really took into account my never-ending list of food allergies and made sure all of the chefs at every single restaurant they booked our dinner reservations for were made aware of my ridiculous list of food allergies, including the chef at the Platinum Lounge where we stayed. They had even created and allergy card for me, made copies for my significant other, themselves, and all the chefs at each of their restaurants. One of our butlers, Neisano, even took the time to reserve the whole outdoor seating area for the Hibachi restaurant on our last night and really went over the top to make my birthday weekend and our stay extra special. Our other butler, Dennis, really took the time and did it big with decorating our suite while we were out doing activities and enjoying the beach. They definitely made my birthday memorable and would definitely be returning. "
