We had a great time at this property. Great pool, Spa facility as well as dining options. The food in the different restaurants did not taste as authentic as in typical restaurants in the US.

This was our second trip to the grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The only negative I could point out is there are a few places in the resort that could use some touching up and maintenance. The resort in general is gorgeous, very large, and beautiful to walk. The signature level bungalow was right on the oceanfront with an outdoor shower and was just awesome!

This place was beautiful! HUGE, but beautiful. With a place this large not everything is going to be perfect. But it was a wonderful experience for us. Every single staff member waz AMAZING. One downside...the agents trying to sell memberships to their "travel club" that was unexpected. Food and drinks everywhere 😋

We just left the property! I cannot even express the awe of this resort! We stayed in a bungalow on the signature side of the property and it was absolutely beautiful. From the cleaning crew, pool cleaners, spa staff, restaurant staff, concierge team and entertainers it was amazing. Special thanks to our concierge check in team, our airport transport driver Sir Howard; Aliah, a member of signature staff that chatted with us at the pool to ensure we were happy and Edom our golf cart driver! We will definitely plan another trip and recommend to everyone we know. Thank you Lady Hamilton Grand Palladium for the memories!

Rooms were large and well appointed. More attention is needed with minor repairs. If you have any physical limitations be sure to request a ground floor room as there are no elevators. Coral Pool and beach area bar staff were friendly and attentive. WestJet return flight was cancelled on 3 consecutive days before alternate flights with other airlines were booked on day 4. Finally made it home on day 5.

We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort for our anniversary, and I wanted to take a moment to express how much we enjoyed our experience. The stunning beaches, beautifully maintained grounds, and the warm kindness of your staff made our vacation truly special. As Signature Guests, we felt very welcomed and appreciated, especially with the thoughtful touches provided during our stay. Our rooms, complete with the luxurious tub and outdoor shower, were a highlight that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We loved it!

Its huge but my first time experience was great.... and the food is excellent 👌 will return... only problem i had was with my bed but it was too late to change it... only hope they fix the issue for the next guess...

The rooms were in desperate need of maintenance, food was always limited in the buffets. The alcohol was horrible. We were Signature level so we had a lounge and pool but its away from the big pool. My father's room had a leak in the air conditioner that maintenance said they would fix, we left two days later and he had pooled water and dripping from the ceiling in his bathroom which was extremely dangerous for a 75 year old man. If he would have fallen there would have been a lawsuit.

Beach was beautiful. We were disappointed with the service pretty much all around. Long long waits to get into the a la carte restaurants even with reservations. We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday and after several reminders to the concierge and front desk to arrange balloons etc at our dinner at the Italian, it never happened. Service was extremely slow, we would often be seated at a table but no utensils or no napkins or salt and pepper etc and it took forever when we asked for anything. Food at the buffets was not adequately replenished - they would run out of ice cream or desserts fairly early on. Would need to take several trips to the buffet hoping that the fruit or other empty items were refilled. Food ran out even at the a la carte restaurants. This included pizza at the Italian for dinner! The grounds are beautiful and room comfortable. Wish they had some poolside dining options other than chicken and rice.

Hostile service is the defining feature of this resort, overshadowing everything else. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear the staff doesn’t want you there. You’re treated as an inconvenience rather than a guest. Requests, no matter how basic—a plate at the buffet, a water refill, or a condiment—are met with shrugs, ignored, or fulfilled begrudgingly, if at all. Watching servers stand around while your food sits neglected for 10–15 minutes is infuriating. Even asking for coffee at breakfast felt like begging for a favor. This wasn’t a one-off or isolated incident—it’s a pervasive attitude across the entire resort. The indifference and hostility span restaurants, bars, the front desk, and beyond. Staff behavior makes it clear: you’re a burden, not a priority. It’s a systemic culture of neglect that leaves guests feeling unwelcome and disrespected at every turn. The facilities are dated, and while the Signature tier offers renovated rooms, the promised perks are a joke—one tote bag and hat for three rooms, with no follow-up after complaints. Food is mediocre at best, with only two of seven restaurants barely managing to be enjoyable. Drinks, confined to a single lounge for “premium” guests, felt like another hollow gimmick. Even the views, the one positive, can’t overcome the pervasive negativity. This resort’s hostile service ruins any chance of a relaxing getaway. For the price, you’re better off anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money here.
